YOHO MALL Gold Coast Shoppes - Food Court Project Training Seminar

Organized by the YOHO Group, the “YOHO MALL Gold Coast Shoppes – Food Court Project” training seminar was held recently at the YOHO Treasure Island Hotel. The seminar explored the future development and opportunities of food courts. Several industry experts served as keynote speakers, sharing their experience and professional insights on topics including company structure, financial management, expansion through franchising, break-even operations, and avoiding failure.

The Food Court Development Plan is a funding initiative launched by the YOHO Group with an investment of over MOP 30 million. It aims to provide Macau’s catering industry with a highly supportive, low-barrier development platform, helping aspiring individuals start businesses, open branches, or expand their catering operations, while nurturing local talent and incubating high-quality Macau brands. After the food court opens, regular advice will be provided for improvement and optimization. Under this plan, the Group will assume responsibility for site construction and operational support facilities, allowing operators to avoid substantial upfront investment and focus on delivering quality products and services.
